The Teacher Training Program consists of a variety of workshops to guide the teacher on the use of the Escuela Nueva-Escuela Activa model. Our greatest impact thus far has been in the regions of Putumayo, Boyacá and Norte de Santander. We are grateful for and proud of the involvement of teachers from all over the regions, in rural and urban areas, as well as the enthusiasm of the students.

While other colleges have expressed interest in participating, the Escuela Nueva Foundation focuses its training programs on teachers committed to improving education in traditionally underserved and vulnerable areas.
