All children deserve the right to a quality education. The Escuela Nueva Program for Rural Education New School Rural allows this opportunity to happen through delivering education on a flexible schedule that meets the needs of children dispersed by labor and social factors. Our learning model gives children the hope and skills to improve their standard of living and lead more successful and dignified lives.
Developed by our expert team at the Escuela Nueva Foundation, our Program for Rural Education is highly specified to rural population. The curriculum focuses on topics relevant to the rural environment including family, society, natural water, soil, nature and rural employment.
One primary objective of the program is to allow for the restoration and strengthening of the social fabric through the helping eliminate child abuse, domestic violence, exploitation and child labor. The program also promotes the improvement of families’ employment options and income through community skills classes. The environmental focus of the program uses a community’s natural surroundings as axes for supporting local, regional and national restoration.
